# agproxy live endpoint pricing

Prices below are generated from the endpoints enabled in this server process. Amounts are USD stablecoin units. The quote returned by a live endpoint is authoritative; request parameters and current payment-rail availability can affect it.

## Plans

| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | The live quote for each call, shown before payment | All enabled API endpoints; no account, no subscription, no minimum spend, no free tier. Quotes and documentation are free. |

## Features

Every paid call includes a quote before payment, x402 and MPP payment flows over the currently available settlement rails, and route-specific delivery and failure handling. Eligible short results can receive a refund for the undelivered portion. OpenAPI documents the request and response schemas; MCP exposes tools for enabled routes when available.

## How quoting works

Send the endpoint's JSON request without payment. A valid request returns HTTP 402 with a `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header for x402 and a `WWW-Authenticate: Payment` challenge for MPP. Read the amount and network offer in that challenge before authorizing payment, then sign the offer and repeat the same request with the matching payment credential. The quote covers the requested limit where a route accepts one. Some result-list routes combine a fixed call component with a per-result amount; other routes use a single-call or request-size quote, as shown in the unit column.

## Endpoint prices

| Endpoint | Unit price (USD) | Unit | Minimum quote (USD) | Maximum quote (USD) | Networks and assets |
|---|---:|---|---:|---:|---|
| `proxy` | $2.40 | result (default 1, max 100) | $2.412 | $240.012 | x402 Base (USDC (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913)), x402 Polygon (USDC (0x3c499c542cEF5E3811e1192ce70d8cC03d5c3359)), MPP eip155:8453 (USDC (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913)) |
| `fetch` | $0.0024 | result (default 1, max 10) | $0.0156 | $0.0372 | x402 Base (USDC (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913)), x402 Polygon (USDC (0x3c499c542cEF5E3811e1192ce70d8cC03d5c3359)), MPP eip155:8453 (USDC (0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913)) |

Limits in the table are server defaults and maxima. A per-result route charges for the results delivered, up to the quoted limit; single-result and request-priced routes use one call quote.

## Endpoint details

## Example

For example, send this unpaid request first; the response is HTTP 402 and includes the live quote. The computed quote for the example's stated limit is 2.412 USD stablecoin units.

```sh
curl -i -X POST https://agproxy.shveik.dev/x402/proxy \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  --data-binary @- <<'JSON'
{"gb":1}
JSON
```

## No-charge and refund rules

A request refused before settlement is not charged. Empty results on routes configured to treat them as failures are not settled. On routes that document proportional billing, an undelivered portion may be eligible for an on-chain refund to the paying address; very small refunds can be below the transfer minimum. Refund processing is asynchronous, and its timing depends on network confirmation. Check the endpoint's response and documentation for route-specific behavior.

## Settlement networks

Available x402 networks and assets appear in each endpoint row above and in the live 402 challenge. MPP uses its configured Base settlement asset. A rail may be unavailable when a safety guard disables it.

## FAQ

### Do I need an account or API key?

No. The paid routes use payment credentials in the request.

### When do I know the price?

Before paying: the 402 response carries a quote for the request.

### What happens if a source returns nothing?

The no-charge rules above apply; route-specific empty-result behavior is documented in [the API reference](/docs).

See [API documentation](/docs), [agent guide](/agents.md), and [OpenAPI](/openapi.json).
